Once caught up in careers, calendars, and the constant hum of daily life Sjoerd crunched numbers in finance and Sonia ran her own childcare business. Life was full, but never truly ours. Something had to change. We wanted to feel the sun again – not just see it through a window.
That longing led us south — to the coast of Andalusia, to a place where the mountains meet the sea, and where time seems to breathe a little deeper. In La Caleta, Salobreña, we found more than sunshine, sea and scenery. We also found space, simplicity and silence.
It was time for salt instead of structure. And we decided to share it.
